How to Create a New Profile in Outlook 2003
One of the tried and true methods for troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Outlook is to create a brand new profile. Here’s how you go about doing it.

Close Outlook, and give it a few minutes for the process to exit.
Click on Start > Control Panel
Double Click on the Mail Icon
Click on the Show Profiles Button
Click on the "Add" Button.
Enter a name for your new profile.
Then just set up your email account. When your done, you'll want to either change the "Always use this profile" to the new profile, or select "Prompt for a profile to be used".
