How to Synchronize a Live Mesh Folder on Your Computer

Once you’ve shared a folder on one of the computers with Live Mesh, the next logical step is to make that folder available on one of your other computers. This is one easy way to make sure folders are available on your work and home computers, or maybe your desktop and laptop computers

Note: Clicking on an image will open the full sized image in a new window.

Click on your Live mesh icon in the task tray.

Clicking on the icon above should open the live mesh window. Click on the folders icon, as seen below.

You should now see the list of folders available on your Mesh account. Click on the folder that you want to make available. For this example, I’m going to use the “!Invitations” folder.

After clicking on a folder, you’ll be presented with the dialog below.

You can leave it as the default, or you can browse to a different location entirely. When you're happy with your selection, click on OK.

The folder should now start synchronizing.
