Live Writer "Problem with the Blog Server" Error Message.

The handy picture is above, but the error is "Problem with the Blog Server", "Server Error 1 Occurred".

In my case, I was trying to post to a Drupal Blog.

I found this handy post, basically, you select "Wordpress 2.2+" as the blog type, and enter http://yourdomain/xmlrpc.php as the remote URL.

Worked like a charm for me. I'm still going in and editing the categories by hand after posting, but that's not a big deal for me. I usually want to eyeball the post and make sure it's OK anyway.
