Microsoft announced a major update to the XBox 360 Dashboard.
With some tools coming up, anyone will be able to make a game and run it on a Xbox.

You need a XBox Gold Membership which is $50 a year.

Evidently, you can already stream it to a player if you have Vista home premium or ultimate, with some freeware.
